I've never had a worse experience at a shop. The service was terrible - the original quote was wrong by several hundred dollars, the final invoice was wrong, they left the inside of my car very dirty and they HIT MY CAR in the garage. Heads up - the person who drove someone else's car into mine still works there! confirmed they did not get fired. They won't even get me a rental while they fix the damage they caused. They also gave the car back to me not fully fixed because they couldn't do the work after a whole week (another shop did it in a day) and lied about it being driveable (it was dangerous to drive on) If you need work done beyond a new tire, they will lie to you and tell you they are capable of doing the work. but they are not. I hope no one ever goes to this shop again.

So I got an appointment at 1pm for my tires to be rotated. When I called they said after noon they had availability so I said ok make it 1pm. I got there early and gave them my keys at noon ish so if they had availability early more power to em. I then waited till 3pm for them to tell me I didn't need a rotation my tires were not worn. After asking for my keys back at 3pm. I missed planned tasks based off the delay, entirely frustrating.

Mr Big O! We have to get a new store manager at this location! The staff is doing what they can but I'm still here 2 1/2 hours later. I was estimated an hour. And this is my second trip here. If we can't get them leadership you have to get them more help. You staff is getting cursed as I write this review. And that seems to be a more time effective approach because she's leaving and I was here before her...

I brought a tire in to be patched. I was told it was slow and they could get the tire patched now for no charge. Okay great! After Waiting an hour, I went over to the window to look out in the garage and nobody was in there. I could see three “techs” in a car smoking weed in the Pizza Hut parking lot. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer this would take. The guy told me he just got an update from his tech (lie) that my tire was not repairable, the side walls were damaged from driving on it flat. I proceeded to tell him that I never drove on it flat So I don’t see how that’s possible. Then ask him how long I was going to sit there and watch his techs smoke weed before they told me that my tire was not repairable. He didn’t have much to say so I went out in the garage and grabbed tire out of the water bath and left. I went to another reputable shop. They told me my tire was completely fine and patched it. This shop used to be great. It is now terrible. Do not trust them with your vehicle. Below is a picture of the tire after being patched. Had a 7:30 am appointment, got there early , and Obia went right to work , getting my lifted truck in and the alignment started .. I was told it would take like 90 minutes, but the tech was efficient and got it done in an hour and 15 minutes! When it was done , Obia and the alignment tech explained how he fixed it and what was originally out , and how after market stuff effects the alignment, I came out with a better understanding of how it works and when to bring it in . I appreciate it Obia , you are a solid bro, and I hope Big O is compensating you for your amazing customer service!! I'll see you in 6 months !! P.S. It drives straight as an arrow and my steering wheel is actually correct!!
